How do I set up my group?

Create an organization from the sign-in page, connect the bank or mobile-money account your contributions should settle to, set the amount and how often it is due, then upload your roster. Members on the roster can register straight away.

Does UrielleX hold our money?

Accepted Answer

No. Every organization gets its own Paystack subaccount, and Paystack settles contributions directly to the account the admin connected. UrielleX never holds an organization's funds, so there is nothing to withdraw.

How can members pay?

Through Paystack checkout — mobile money or card. The amount, reference and destination account are fixed on the server before checkout opens, so a payment can never be redirected or changed.

What does it cost a member to pay?

Each payment carries Paystack's processing fee (1.95%) plus a 2% platform fee, never more than GH₵50 on a single payment. Voluntary contributions carry no platform fee. By default the charge is added on top and shown as its own line, so the group receives exactly the amount it set — or the group can choose to cover the charges itself, so members pay exactly the amount.

What if someone types the wrong account number?

Nothing is saved until Paystack resolves the account and returns the account name. The admin confirms that name before the payout account is connected.

How do members sign in?

With their phone number and a password. Registration and password resets are verified with a one-time code sent by SMS, and only numbers on the organization's roster can register.

Can one person belong to several groups?

Yes. One account can hold a membership in any number of organizations, each with its own role. Members switch between them from the sidebar or their profile — no second sign-up.

Can members pay for several months at once?

Yes. They pick as many unpaid periods as they like and pay them in one checkout. Periods already paid are locked. Voluntary contributions with a note are supported too.

How much does UrielleX cost?

There is no subscription and no plan to choose. Setting up your organization, adding as many groups and members as you like, and every feature in the app are free. UrielleX earns a 2% fee on the contributions you actually collect, never more than GH₵50 on a single payment — so if your group collects nothing in a month, you pay nothing. Each organization gets 50 free text messages a month for invitations and sign-in codes; beyond that you can buy credits, and password-reset codes always go through.

Is there a limit on groups or members?

No. Run one class or a whole district — there is no ceiling on groups, members or contributions, and no feature is held back for a higher tier. If your organization is large enough that you want to talk through the setup, get in touch and we will help you plan it.
